DEFENSMART treats criminal-case inquiries as sensitive. Consumer identifying information is not published and is available only to the site administrator and to attorneys who objectively qualified for that inquiry.

Inquiry records retain consent version, exact consent text, acceptance time, and limited request metadata for compliance. We do not sell consumer information.

Cookies, browser storage, and privacy choices

DEFENSMART uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep a person signed in, protect the site, and remember the privacy choice made in this browser. That choice stores the consent version and the categories you allowed. It does not store your name or email. Optional analytics and advertising technologies stay off unless you allow them. None of those optional tools are installed today. If they are added later, they stay off until the matching category is allowed.
